Description

Arizona Myeloma Network (AzMN) proudly hosts its 11th Annual AzMN Living with Myeloma Conference and Resource Fair. Not sure if you can make it. Register anyway to reserve your seats and don't worry about being late or having to leave early. We understand. The important thing is that you come and learn all you can about new advancements in treating Multiple Myeloma!

This conference is for Myeloma patients, their families and caregivers.  It is very difficult for Myeloma patients to learn about their disease. In fact, we are the only organization that provides FREE Myeloma cancer education and advocacy services. Topics are selected from attendee suggestions from last year. The program agenda is packed with practical and relevant information invaluable to a Myeloma patient.

Topics include new treatments & drugs, clinical trials, tissue donation, targeted therapies, managing side effects, long-term treatments and healthier lifestyles.  Majority of conference attendees are patients & caregivers.

Program enhancements to ensure greater attendee satisfaction include a newly fully renovated venue with ample lightling and facilities. Attendees are encouraged to bring a light jacket or sweater, as the indoor temperature may not be ideal for everyone.

Our mission is to promote awareness, education and advocacy for improved treatment and quality of life, for multiple myeloma patients, their families and ALL cancer caregivers. Although there is no cure for this serious bone cancer, patient's lives are being extended through increased awareness of the disease, and continuing research for a cure.

Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are critical. AzMN works very hard to raise awareness and narrow the gap between what a Multiple Myeloma patient knows and what they should know.
